It also covers training services delivered to you via the website, via digital training consults (including trainer in your pocket and coach in your pocket), digital programmes, conferences and also face to face training.
When accessing the Website, Paws Up Dogs Ltd will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take, during your visit. This policy applies to information we collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Website.
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. When you access the Website, we will learn certain information about you during your visit.

Paws Up Dogs Ltd reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information.

HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Paws Up Dogs Ltd collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register to download a book or resources, sign up for our newsletter, register for free training and/or purchase a product from us, we collect your information. We use this information to track your preferences and to keep you informed about the products and services you have selected to receive and any related products and/or services. As a visitor to this Website, you can engage in most activities without providing any personal information. It is only when you seek to download resources and/or register for services that you are required to provide information.
If you opt to receive any free resources, participate in any free training programs, register for a webinar, register for a live event, register for a seminar, or purchase any products sold by Paws Up Dogs Ltd on this Website, we will only enrol you to receive our free emails if you affirmatively consent to it. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe anytime. We include an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom/top of every email we send. If you ever have trouble unsubscribing, you can send an email to [email protected] requesting to unsubscribe from future emails.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US?
We use personal information for purposes of presenting our Website and its contents to you, providing you with information and free resources, providing you with offers for products and services, providing you with information about your subscriptions and products, carrying out any contract between you and Paws Up Dogs Ltd, administering our business activities, providing customer service, and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION AND SECURE INFORMATION TRANSMISSIONS?
We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors. Email is not recognised as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk.
Paws Up Dogs Ltd may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Paws Up Dogs Ltd uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
POLICY CHANGES
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.

We will retain the any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) Paws Up Dogs Ltd decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it.
You have the right to request access to your data that Paws Up Dogs Ltd stores and the rights to either rectify or erase your personal data.
You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your data.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to the portability of your data.
To the extent that you provided consent to Paws Up Dogs Ltd’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over issues related to the General Data Protection Act.
We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.
Terms
TRAINING DISCLAIMER
Paws Up Dogs Ltd and its trainer(s) and behaviourist(s) are committed to providing you with the best possible dog training experience using only positive and force-free training methods. Please note that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained or recovers from trauma is in large part a function of the interest, commitment, consistency, and cooperation of the guardian (owner). There is no guarantee that your dog will achieve the desired level of training or recovery despite the best efforts of the instructor.
The physical safety of your dog, yourself, and other humans and animals that your dog comes into contact with remains your responsibility as their guardian (owner). Paws Up Dogs Ltd is not liable for any damages (whether physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or legal) caused by your dog when using our techniques or after participating in one of our programmes. Techniques, and how to apply them safely, will be carefully explained to you. It is your responsibility to carry these out in a safe and appropriate manner.
For face-to-face and digital sessions, as well as online courses and memberships, I understand that Paws Up Dogs Ltd has the right to refuse my dog and/or me at any time for any reason, including but not limited to behaviour, health, or other considerations. I understand that attendance at a dog training individual session or group class is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may be present, or to my dog. This is because sometimes dog behaviour can be unpredictable, and dogs can cause injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I agree to be entirely honest with my Paws Up Dogs Ltd trainer(s)/behaviourist(s) concerning any aggression issues that my dog has towards people, other dogs, or other animals, regardless of the cause of this aggression. In addition, during dog sports sessions (including agility), you or your dog may incur an injury when using or moving between equipment, despite the instructor’s best efforts to guide you safely
HUMAN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DISCLAIMER
Emotional support techniques are offered to humans as part of Paws Up Dogs Ltd programmes, memberships, workshops, conferences, podcasts, and free resources by a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
This advice and guidance are intended for awareness purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for psychological therapy or mental health treatment provided by your healthcare professional.
Paws Up Dogs Ltd is not liable for any deterioration in your mental health or harm to yourself or others following participation in any of our programmes.
Code of Practice
Paws Up Dogs Ltd works in the best interests of the dog and their guardians and we hold human and animal welfare and safeguarding at the forefront of our practice and the methods that we use to instruct our students.
Paws Up Dogs Ltd solely works using positive training and behaviour techniques, focused on building a good working relationship between dog and guardian (owner). We will not work with clients who seek to use aversive techniques in their dog training, including but not limited to the use of shock collars, choke collars, prong collars, choke or slip leads, physical punishment of any kind, anti-bark devices, fear or intimidation. Should guardians (owners) wish to use such methods in their training or advocate for the use of these in our members’ communities they will be removed from the community with immediate effect.
For the purposes of psychological therapy, client notes are stored securely and confidentially and the content of client sessions is kept strictly confidential. The only exception to this is if a client were to indicate that they have plans to seriously harm themselves or to harm others. In these cases the relevant information would be passed on to the appropriate organisations and the client would be informed of this.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Psychological Therapy packages that are unused (first session has not yet occurred) may be refunded up to 14 days from purchase date. Once therapy has begun, it is not possible to obtain a full nor partial refund for packages purchased.
All of our support training programmes (including Reactive Dog Support Camp, Puppy Parenting 101, Loose Lead Walking Success, Zen Dog: 30 Days To A Calmer Dog, The Trauma Informed Dog Practitioner Programme Live, Dog Business Basics, Audience, Challenge, Sales) are protected by our 14 day prorated money back guarantee (for non-self study/live support and black friday promotions see below).
For live programmes (Reactive Dog Support Camp and Puppy Parenting 101) this guarantee starts from the date of the first live session, not from date of purchase. It is not possible to make use of this guarantee before the programme stars, nor after the guarantee period has ended.
Pro-rated refunds are only offered if the programme does not meet your expectations from a “training failure” perspective. What this means, is that should you not achieve the training results that you would like using our methods, have attended or watched the replay of the first two sessions and demonstrated via video demonstration with your dog why it is not effective, within 14 days of the date of commencement of said programme, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund (amount paid so far less the cost of two live sessions priced at £55 each)). Your access to all training materials and to the private members community will be revoked at the time of refund. This guarantee is not available for members upgrading to the live version of the programme as existing members of the self study version of the programme. Refunds are not available for upgrading members.
For non-self study programmes (including 1:1 sessions of all kinds, bootcamps and intensives, special promotional flash sales and black friday deals), these have a 48 hour “change your mind” refund policy so long as the programme has not already begun, or the session has not already taken place. After this point there will be no refund issued, nor a swap for another service. This excludes business coaching offers of all kinds.
For our dog trainer self-study programmes, the 14 day money back guarantee stands. The terms of this guarantee are that should you have completed at least the first 3 modules (including workbooks) and found the programme has not met your expectations. These completed workbooks will need to be submitted at the time of refund request.
For self study programmes (including Reactive Dog Support Camp Self Study, TIDPP self study,PP101 Self Study and Loose Lead Walking Success self study, these programmes have a no refund policy due to the digital and instant access nature of these programmes
Refunds will not be given for any other reason. Should you have an extenuating personal circumstance which prevents you from completing the programme please contact us. If we do decide to offer a refund, this will be partial. Otherwise, where appropriate and possible, we will endeavor to invite you to join a future cohort instead.
Refunds are not accepted for our stand alone or collaborative training workshops, nor for conference VIP all access pass or VIP plus tickets, stand alone or bundles online workshops or e-resources totally less than £100 per item.
For monthly members of our digital memberships (“Canine Connection” and “The Dogs Pro Support Circle”) and other subscriptions (“Trainer In Your Pocket” and “Coach In Your Pocket” and “The Membership Mastermind”) in order to cancel please give 48 working hours notice via email to [email protected] ahead of your next payment due date. There will be no refund at any point for months already paid for. We do not accept cancellations via social media or phone. Should you choose to cancel your monthly subscription then your access to the membership materials and the private members community will be revoked one month from the date of your last payment. You will not have access to materials already provided whilst you were a member including any integral bonus materials or courses included as part of your membership. You will still have access to any ‘Join bonuses’ .
For new Annual Members (first sign up to the membership, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund within 14 calendar days of your registration and must email us ([email protected]) during this window. If a refund is requested it will be given as a “pro-rata” amount according to how many months you have remaining for the year since purchase. You will not receive a refund for the two months given free as an annual member. You will not get to keep/use annual only bonuses that were provided at sign up. If any of these have already been used the price of these will be removed from the refund amount.
If you are an existing monthly member upgrading to the annual plan, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind and request either to cancel or return to the monthly option. You must email us at [email protected] within that 14 day window to request to cancel. You will be refunded the total amount for the year minus the first month.
Paid challenges are non-refundable unless purchased in error and on the condition that materials have not been digitally accessed.
For members of “The Membership Mastermind”, there is a minimum 3 month commitment to this service. After this point if monthly members wish to leave they must cancel by email within 2 working days of their next payment. No refund will be given for months already used.
For face to face training courses and one-to-one sessions, no refund shall be given once training has commenced (the first session has started). In exceptional circumstances (to be determined by Paws Up Dogs Ltd at the time of communication by the client) remaining face to face sessions may be converted to digital products also provided by Paws Up Dogs Ltd.
Business Coaching Packages
Theses services (inclusive of The Revenue Accelerator, The Roadmap Session and The Complete Trauma-Informed Practitioner Package) have a strict no refund policy. Please note that They are designed as high-touch support experiences, combining private coaching, community and training. Because of the personalised nature of this package, refunds are not available.
For one to one business coaching (including the £10k trainer): the terms and conditions that apply to this service have been provided in your coaching contract.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered on some programmes as a way for you to spread the cost, to make joining more affordable for you. They are not a “try before you buy” and it is not possible to cancel a payment plan unless within the window and terms of the 14 day guarantee. All payment plans must be completed even if you do not complete the programme.
If you are having difficulties paying, please contact us before your payment date and we will support you by means of agreeing a new payment plan with you where possible. If you do not contact us or respond to our emails regarding an account in arrears, after 30 days of no payment, we will refer your account to an independent debt collection agency. You may also incur additional fees from that company.
Distribution and Sharing of Paws Up Dogs Ltd Training Resources
Paws Up Dogs Ltd training resources (digital video, audio, text and PDF resources) are for our paid customers only and protected by copyright. It is not permitted to share or distribute paid content outside of the programme you are in. Doing so will result in your being removed from said paid programme, with no refund. It is permitted to share non-paid content that we make available to the general public via our social media channels (facebook, instagram, pinterest) and our front facing website (www.pawsupdogs.com) but do not remove our logos or watermarks or claim the content as your own.
Distribution and Sharing of other members’ posts and videos
It is not permitted to share screenshots from our private paid communities outside of those communities. It is also not permitted to share the content of video recorded calls that include other members’ questions, concerns or experiences. These terms are in place to keep our communities confidential and safe for our members.
Access to Coaching Support
Coaching support that comes with our programmes will be provided as detailed at the time of purchase. For our time limited programmes this support will cease after the set number of days or weeks as laid out at the time of purchase, even if you have chosen not to access this support. Additional support will not be provided outside of the scheduled timeframe and nature (e.g. facebook group, facebook messenger, zoom, whatsapp, voxer) as indicated at the time of purchase. For our membership programme, we reserve the right to change the frequency or type of this coaching support over time and this will be communicated to you.
Access to coaching support via facebook group, facebook messenger, whatsapp, zoom or voxer is in addition to the programme offered. It is a complimentary additional resource provided to support you. Abuse towards other students, members or to our staff is not tolerated and will result in coaching support being inaccessible to you without refund. Refusing to adhere to our community rules will have the same outcome.
Trainer in my pocket and Coach in my pocket services
Trainer In Your Pocket and Coach In Your Pocket services give direct access to Dr Holly Tett via either whatsapp messenger, telegram or facebook messenger for a full calendar month unless otherwise stated as part of a larger package
You can message Holly to ask any questions that you have about dog training or behaviour to make a training plan together and most importantly to hold yourself accountable so that you can build an even better connection with your dog (for trainer in your pocket), or to ask any business support (for coach in your pocket).
Simply send over your messages whenever suits and Holly will always respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm London time.
Programme Testers
If you join one of our programmes as a tester you will receive a significant discount on price.
As a tester you agree to complete the programme and to provide feedback on the programme when requested. You agree that a screenshot of your feedback (with last name redacted) may be used in future marketing of the programme.
Tester pricing is final and it is not possible to use a voucher or any other promotion in conjunction with tester pricing.
“Lifetime” Access To Digital Programmes
Some of our digital programmes come with “lifetime” access. This means that you have access to the programme for the “lifetime” of the programme. For as long as the programme exists you will have access. In the event that the programme is discontinued you will be notified via email.
Business Coaching
Our business coaching packages including our VIP Business Coaching, The £10k Dog Trainer, The Revenue Accelerator and our digital packages may have individual terms and conditions and other policies. These are detailed in the coaching contract signed by both parties. You will receive a copy of the signed contract prior to payment and may request another copy at any time. If you view the contract post payment and do not agree to the terms, you will be refunded in full and coaching will not take place. The contract must be signed by both parties and payment made (or a payment plan agreed and the initial payment made) before coaching may begin
Disclaimer of Representation of Earnings
Paws Up Dogs Ltd has made every effort to accurately represent the programme and packages and their potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his,her or their background, dedication, desire, and motivation. Paws Up Dogs Ltd cannot guarantee the outcome of business coaching services and Paws Up Dogs Ltd’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. Paws Up Dogs Ltd makes no guarantees other than that the services described in Details of Programme Section of your contract (for VIP clients). Client acknowledges that Paws Up Dogs Ltd cannot guarantee any particular results, as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by Paws Up Dogs Ltd.
Parameters of Coaching Relationship
Dr Holly Tett and Paws Up Dogs Ltd are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and the information provided to you by us is not intended as such. You should refer all legal, tax, accounting and financially related enquiries to appropriately qualified professionals.
